Architecture and systems integration for Tenant Improvement conversion of existing warehouse space to factory producing solar panel components.

Beginning with an extensive property search, this project required tight integration between disciplines due to complex MEP requirements of the plant process as well as research and handling of building codes and officials to clear approvals.
