Conversion of a detached, two car garage into an office. Providing a generous workspace for one, storage for the family & the office as well as meeting space for clients, this conversion allows for growth of the business while allowing for future return to car-park duty at a later date.
Green-design features are used throughout: low-VOC paints & adjesives, demolition materials were recycled, fly-ash incorporated concrete floor slab, low-e dual glazed windows and doors.
All built-in furniture is custom design-built to suit.
