Front and rear yard renovations on a pie-shaped waterfront lot on Lake San Marcos. The clients requested keeping several of the mature existing trees, shown in the current construction photos.
New planting will be native & drought tolerant, and drip irrigated. A small decorative cactus patch will be on display as well as a field of native wildflowers. Certain parts of the property will be screened with flowering shrubs.
All plants have been selected for clay soil and very, very high watertable.
