The owners of this house had just finished adding on to the front of their house when we started. Everything was torn up from the construction... They wanted a drought tolerant/native design which reflects the California environment.
The final design is reminiscent of a state park, featuring reclaimed railroad ties, crushed stone walkways, natural slab pavers and local plant materials. All drip-irrigated, this is one of the more eco-conscious yards out there!
