Caltrans District 3 Headquarters
Marysville, CA
A five-story, 211,000 sf state office building in downtown Marysville; won in a design/build competition to house Caltrans regional administration, design and engineering studios as well as maintenance offices and public permit counters. Housing 750 workers, a 200 seat multi-purpose room and teleconference facilities, the building is significantly daylit, such that 95% of the occupants have views and access to natural light. The building is LEED Silver.

A five-story, 103,000 sf engineering and classroom building serving both graduate and undergraduates in areas of bio-engineering, nanotechnology, robotics and acoustics. Laboratories, classrooms and support spaces are state of the art, designed for future flexibility to accommodate changes in curriculum.
Boat Central
Marina del Rey, CA
Design and planning for a dry boat storage facility to hold 300+ powerboats as well as 20+ sailboats. The facility design maximizes views to the water by stacking boats seven stories high in an automated system.
Dana Point Harbor
Dana Point, CA
Master-planning and Schematic Designs to guide the city’s revitalization effort for this historic location. Currently under Phase One of construction, the plan renovates the harbor’s dock and launch ramp facilities, replaces 80,000 sf retail and restaurant space, adds a festival plaza, dry boat storage and a 1,300 car parking structure all while retaining the Cape Cod character prevalent in Dana Point.

Competition entry for revitalization of Grand Avenue, the major corridor in downtown LA linking the historic core and central library to the new developments of Disney Hall and the Cathedral.
Ocean Way Recording
Assistant Engineer: 1997-1998
Assistant Engineer working with high-profile rock bands to record albums. Oversaw technical requirements for sessions, placement and maintenance of recording gear. Responsible for clients’ needs and communication between producers and record labels.
